Entries for July, 2008

I was doing my resume the whole time a while ago Mr. T! Good thing I had several friends online who helped me out on what to put on my pitiful resume. After typing down the things needed for my resume, there was one more thing that I forgot --- yes, the picture... my picture. I believe that it is only here in the Philippines where applicants need to put their pictures on their resumes. Babaw! Anyways, I then spent the whole afternoon searching for my 2x2 resume picture inside our house. I searched every bookshelves, cabinets, bags, envelopes etc. Guess where I found it? I found it in one of my mom's folders, which was weird. After I found the picture, I scanned it immediately so as not to lose it again... physically. Then I printed 10 copies of my resume. After printing, I went to GH to buy something for myself (nope, not food!). Wah... then I saw a Lacoste jacket  Mr. T! Wahhh... I want that jacket! I'll ask someone to buy that jacket for me Mr. T! Maybe my sister! Hahaha! Anyways, ate at my favorite Shawarma stand in GH then went home immediately since students from XS, LSGH and OB were flocking GH. Then slept. Hahaha... just had dinner Mr. T! Update you as soon as I can. Ayt? I need to study for an exam tomorrow. I love ya, I enjoy ya and I appreciate ya! Mwah!

Anyways, here's my pitiful resume:

Hahahaha... and this 2-page resume tells all the things I did in College... ugh!

Wait... not all. I'd let my employer read my blog instead since almost all the things I did in College can be read in my 800+ blog entries! Hahaha... oh life...

Because I Love You So by John Jacob Webb

An angel's kiss cuts like a knife
I don't know what's going on my mind
I don't wanna hold on to could have beens
No, I don't want this story to end this way

Chorus:
Let the rain fall
For it will hide my tears
Let the rain fall
For it will calm my fears
No more talks of summertime
I don't know if you'll ever be mine

I can no longer hide these tears
Crystal-like they roll down my face
Didn't know happiness could hurt like this
I can't find a way to make you mine

Bridge:
And if it ends this way let it be
Cause in my mind I know you'll stay
In my heart you can't escape
Deep inside you know I'll wait

It hurts really bad. If you still can't see my worth, then I don't know what's going on with you. I've been on your side for almost 6 months now and still I can't see signs that we could be together. Some of my questions are even left unanswered. I've already accepted that it's hard for you to open up and even express how you feel. Maybe I'm really not good enough for you. Maybe you're still not over him and you still love him. Or maybe you're still waiting for something better. I'm sorry I don't have anything to offer and I'm sorry but I don't have the right to feel what I'm feeling right now. You're not even mine. Tell me how to stop these tears from falling? Maybe I was trying to love you the way I want you to love me. Do you even love me? Less like? Or maybe I did not try so hard to please you or make you feel special. You know I changed a lot because of you. You might not feel it but I did. I've learned a lot from you. You might not know it but I did. You changed me. I'm not the same person I knew before you met me. I ain't selfish no more. I ain't impatient no more. I learned to appreciate myself and the things around me. I learned to appreciate silence because of you. I learned the word trust. You made me think my age. You made me realize I'm capable of loving again. You made me new again. You completed me again. You made me feel special again. You're one of the best things that happened to me. You're the reason why now I'm frozen to those people who want me. You made me happy. You even made me sad and cry. You made me laugh until I ran out of breath. You made me angry til I'm red. You made me jealous and it killed me a lot of times. All these emotions combined are the reasons why I like you, love you. But most of all, you're you, that's why I like you, love you. Maybe these things are all in my mind. Maybe I'm just making them up. But one thing I know for sure is true, I love you --- yes I do. That's all I can give you and I'm gonna keep waiting until you realize you love me too. Nobody's taking me away. I'm really sorry for holding you tight...

Sobrang nagmadali ako kaninang umaga papuntang school kanina Mr. T! Nagshampoo lang ako ng buhok then banlaw then bihis agad. 9:00am ako nagising, 9:40am ang class ko. 9:15am tumatakbo na ko papuntang LRT2 station. By 10am nasa school na ko. Wow! Amazing Race di ba? Ayun, hindi ako pwede umabsent kasi may quiz kanina. Pero buti madali yung quiz, kahit nakapikit pwedeng sagutan. Then, after ko magquiz, pwede na umalis agad. So naglab ako sa Gox. Habang may binabasa akong blog, nagLAB SHUTDOWN!!! Wow! First time ko naexperience to sa DLSU. Then had WIRTECH. Suddenly, everything and everybody was serious, everything was different. Bigla akong napaisip. So yun, then dumaan muna kami ni Deck sa National Bookstore bago umuwi ako and siya bumalik sa work. Hahaha! Tapos yun, pagkauwi, ligo na ng totoo. Then by 2pm nakatulog na. Woke up around 6pm and nagmerienda sa Jollibee Mr. T!

Then... nanaginip ako ng sobrang gandang panaginip. This time mas maganda siya. Ayun nga kay Princess Aurora, "But they say if you dream a thing more than once, it's sure to come true..." Hahaha! I'm alright again. I just needed the sun to shine on me last midmorning :-) Minsan talaga isip bata ako. Update you soon ayt? I love ya, I enjoy ya and I appreciate ya Mr. T! Mwah!

Just a while ago, while I was surfing the net, I stumbled a site called LifeLock and it caught my attention. I was surfing the internet and searching for identity protection services. And viola! Life Lock came on top of the search list.

As I was reading LifeLock reviews on the net about this service, I found out that the president of Life Lock, Todd Davis, posted his Social Security Number right there on the home page for everyone or anybody who would want to steal his identity and assume his identity. That sounds stupid huh? But having done that, it can be seen that he’s confident about the protection that Life Lock service can bring. And its ability to protect both businesses and consumers identity thieves. The president sure is confident with the service lest he wasn’t that one hundred percent sure of his company’s service.

Life Lock truly reads a criminal mind and they try to understand it. They have taken into account every means by which thieves can still somebody else’s identity. And yes, LifeLock will guarantee your identity up to $1,000,000. LifeLock is America's #1 Identity theft prevention program. To receive the best discount available use promotion code RD32.

I have a post that talks about the things that happened in these pictures. It's just that, I wasn't able to post them pictures here on my blog. I wasn't able to get hold of these pictures til now! Anyways, I found these pictures on Karol's Facebook and Multiply photo album. That's me and Karol's UP friends back in 2005!

Grabe ang bilis. There are more pics on Karol's site but I don't wanna steal them and make a clone of his photo album. Anyways, the back entry's here: All I Want For Christmas Is You

Does it ring a bell?

Sulpicio aside, ayun, sometimes when I'm sad, people can drag me anywhere and I'll go with them free willingly. Luis texted me this morning and told me that he already got the lanyards I ordered from him weeks weeks ago. So, we met up after his class. Not in school but in Trinoma. Grabe, ngayon ko nalaman na may mas Diva pa pala sa kin sa ka-late-an! Wow, nauna ako sa Trinoma. Dumating siya after 30 minutes sa napag-usapang oras. Ayun, while waiting nagTimeZone ako mag-isa, nagFast and Furious. Then dumating siya and sabi magRed Box kami. So yun, yep, the scarf was present Mr. T! Hahaha! Shete! Attention getter talaga si Luis. Mukhang star eh! Anyways, yun, may student promo sa Red Box and we availed it. From 5-7pm yung student promo na yun. Anyways yun, after singing siyempre nagutom.

Nagshushal shushalan kami so dun kami kumain. Buhay pa naman kami pagkalabas namin. Buo pa pagkatao namin. After mabusog at maging pulubi, naglakad lakad kami ni Luis sa Trinoma. Bumili siya ng yosi and nagyosi 1-meter away from me dun sa mga smoking station sa Trinoma. Then ikot ikot. Pogi talaga yung crush niya and tangkad and moreno and ganda ng katawan. So nagtanong ako kay Luis:

Me    : Ligawan ka niyan, papalitan mo jowa mo? Hahaha...
Luis  : Oo, agad agad!
Me    : 1 year 6 months na kayo ng jowa mo! Tapos kaya mo palitan agad agad?
Luis  : Oo naman! Sasabihin ko lang I need space for myself! Hahaha...
Luis  : One time big time yang lalaking yan noh!
Me    : *shrugs shoulders*

Then daan sa Gateway then pagkababa ng LRT2, umulan. Hmmm... so yun Mr. T! Pagkauwi ko, nakita kong video premiere na ng I'll Be Lovin' You Long Time ni Mariah sa Yahoo! Music. Click here to watch the video.

:-) Update you soon Mr. T!

Anyways, it's good to see Tin, Aubrey and Deck and I together again plus Angelica. It's been long since we last became complete and went out. Anyhows, there was a seminar a while ago in school and it talked about the future of ICTM. But whatever, I didn't listen to the seminar. Instead, I went out of the room and made tambay sa Gox Lobby with Angelica and we tried to catch up with each other's stories. Ayun, Tin, Aubrey and Deck stayed inside ISR longer than Angelica and I but they also stepped out though the talk wasn't over yet. It was fun, I was happy. It's nice to see those people having there OJT's this term back on school grounds. But before we headed to school, I first met up with Tin, Deck and Aubrey in Midland, RP. I was carrying a Ministop bag containing 2 flavors of Piattos when I met up with the 3! Hahaha... tapos we strolled around for a while. Then I told them I wanted to eat. Since we don't want any heavy food, we end up eating in Hotshots. We were all noisy inside the resto. Hahaha... it's nice to be back and nasty and naughty and all Mr. T! Just like the old times. Well, not so old times... hehehe. Ayun, hahaha...had a Buffalo Wing Sandwich. Aubrey and Tin had Chicken Salad, Deck had... I forgot. Hahaha! Then he had to hurry back since the talk was to start at 6:30pm. We waited like forever for a cab but still we weren't able to hail one. So we just walked along P. Gil til Taft and rode a jeepney til DLSU South Gate. I still had to get an entry permit since I haven't paid for my id replacement. I really don't wanna pay for it Mr. T! Then we had the seminar. Tin went home first. Then, with Aubrey, Angelica and Deck headed to South Gate then went home. But before I even got out of DLSU's gate, someone shouted my name. It was Jopel. Yep, I think I've mentioned Jopel here on my blog before Mr. T! Anyways, he asked me whether I'm gonna take the LRT or not. I said I would and he said he'll ride the train na lang din with me. Good thing may kasama ko Mr. T! sa train pauwi. Then, we let every train pass us because Jopel didn't want to end the story he was telling me a while ago. Then, when his story was about to finish, we rode the train. He continued his story and since my station comes first than his station, he had to end his story immediately. Nabitin ako Mr. T! He asked for my number again so I gave it. I remember tuloy nung niligawan ako ni Jopel. Hahaha... shete! Natatawa na lang ako. Anyways yun, it was raining na naman Mr. T! I'm tired na. So update you soon na lang okay? :-)

Them conversations:

Tin    : Anong kwento mo?

Jacob     : Kailangan ba yun?
Angelica  : Jacob ikaw ba yan?
Jacob     : Oo ako na toh! Hahaha...

As usual.  -Chris

Waaah.  Wala na akong mukhang ihaharap sa kanya.  Lagi akong late.  Late.  Late. Late.

Shet! Nakalimutan ko na naman ang memory ko.

Wala pa ba yung The Frog Princess?

Ang galing mag-drawing nung lalake.

UE vs. FEU ba? (Laughs)

Sige.

It's just plain unfair! Hahaha! So yun... after tumambay sa Coffee Bean, naghanap kami ng makakainan. Tumae ata! Wahahaha! Then naghanap kami ng makakainan. So yun, tawanan, kwentuhan habang kumakain. Saya! Hahaha... mukhang suman si Chris nung finit niya Mr. T! Tawa na lang kami ng tawa. Ayun, then dahil baka umulan, kailangan na namin din umuwi. May dala pang laptop si Chris kasi at wala siyang dalang payong. So yun Mr. T! Pagkauwi ko tulog. Anyways, yung pic below eh yung pagkain namin ni Chris nung naubos.

Ngayon kachat ko si Jeffrey after 1 Million years! Sige sige... update you soon! Mwah!

Nasa GNC sina ate and Page, tapos nanood ng Hancock yung mga pamagkin kong lalake with Erwin. Tapos sina Mabel, Reamaur and Kathleen magkakasama. After nun, kumain kami sa Almon Marina.

So yun, then, we left Megamall immediately since ang dami talagang tao. Then yun, pagkauwi, tulog. Then ngayon gising. Hay... sige sige update you soon Mr. T!

Hahaha...

Gusto ko panoorin MAMA MIA! pagnarelease na...

Daniel Bedingfield - I Can't Read You

I'm never shy but this is different
I can't explain the way I'm feeling tonight
I'm losing control of my heart
Tell me what can I do to make you happy
Nothing I ever say seems to come out right
I'm losing control of my heart

And I wish that I could be
Another better part of me
Can't hear what your thinking
Maybe if I just let go
you'd open up your heart

But I can't read you
I wish I knew what's going through your mind
Can't touch you, your heart defending I get left behind
Can't reach you
I wish I knew what's going through your mind
Can't touch you, your heart protecting I get left behind

I like you so much I'm acting stupid
I can't play the game I'm all intense and alive
I'm losing control of my heart
I'm not supposed to be this nervous
I should play my hand all cool and calm
I can't breathe
I'm losing control of my heart

And I wish that you could see
The other better parts of me
Feel this fire I'm feeling
Then you'd see me in control
And baby then you'd know

But I can't read you
I wish I knew what's going through your mind
Can't touch you, your heart protecting I get left behind
Can't read you
I wish I knew what's going through your mind
Can't touch you, your heart protecting I get left behind

And I wish that you could see
The other better part of me
Feel this fire I'm feeling
Then you'd see me in control
And baby then you'd know

But I can't read you
I wish I knew what's going through your mind
Can't read you
I wish I knew what's going through your mind
Can't touch you, your heart protecting I get left behind

But I can't read you
I wish I knew what's going through your mind
Can't touch you, your heart protecting I get left behind

I think I gonna get sick Mr. T! I was all wet when I got home this afternoon. After the LRT1 incident, I first met up with Luis in Starbucks. We talked for a while since I was early for my class. Then had JAPALA1 midterm exam. HIRAP! ひらがな was hard Mr. T! Hahaha!!! Anyways, while I was taking the exam Sensei was talking to me...

Sensei  : Design ba talaga yang sa pants mo or sira yan?
Jacob   : Design po yan
Sensei  : Eh ulo mo?
Jacob   : Yan ang sira! Hahaha...
Sensei  : Hahahaha...

When sensei saw that I kept scratching my back...

Sensei : Kanina ka pa kamot ng kamot!
Jacob  : Nagpapeel kasi ako ng likod eh...
Sensei : Shushal!
Sensei : Shushal! Flawless!
Jacob  : Hahaha...

After JAPALA1, had WIRTECH. We were able to run the program Sir Solomon asked us to do. After WIRTECH, then and I went to Zsquared to eat siomai with Deck. Then I accompanied Deck til South Gate. Went back to Gox for our thesis meeting. After the meeting, Barry texted to have lunch with him. Also at the same time, Luis texted me asking where was I... so what I did? I had lunch with Barry and Luis together in Tropical Hut. I waited for Luis inside the Engineering Building. And I had a first in that building. It was my first time to use the Eng CR! Hahaha! Anyways, Luis was wearing his scarf again! In Tropical, Barry met Luis and Luis met Barry. Ayun, Barry kept laughing cause of Luis. I kept laughing too. The Tropical Hut ambiance made us think about Jeffrey and those times he would text us to meet up in that place. Nostalgic! Anyways, Luis kept us laughing and entertained til Barry's class was to start. Oh, Barry and I ate a lot a while ago. I had dinuguan and chicken respectively! Hahaha! Barry had shanghai, burger steak and fries. Luis didn't eat. So there after eating and walking til CS, I bid Barry goodbye in front of CSB gate. And I was left with Luis Mr. T! Luis the impulsive one asked me to come with him in Quiapo. Since there were no things to do, I said yes. Rode FX til Quiapo and there. Here's what happened in Quiapo. When we were walking along PIRATE HAVEN STREET, a lot of guys came near us and were whispering..."X X X", "PORNO, PORNO" and one man came to Luis and whispered, "MAN TO MAN"... we both laughed hard Mr. T! Luis jokingly said: "May internet naman kami manong".  We kept laughing the whole time we were walking along that street. Luis bought a lot of DVD's Mr. T! Movies and series. I didn't buy anything. Since I have no time for series these days Mr. T! So there, after strolling for an hour or so, we got bored and thought of going home na. But before we even got out of the building we were in, rain started to pour. Luis didn't have an umbrella, so did I Mr. T! So we had to wait for the rain to stop or at least calm down. Fortunately, it did. Then Luis rode the jeepney going to SM North and I took the underpass going to LRT2. When I got out the underpass, IT WAS RAINING HARD!!! Really, funny how the weather can change in a second. I got rained on and was all wet. So there, I waited for the rain to stop inside Plaza Miranda Mr. T! but it wasn't getting any better. So what I did? I bought a whopping 300php umbrella! Masakit sa loob ko since I already bought a Fibrella Umbrella before school started that's almost the same price! Wah... of all those times to forget an umbrella Mr. T!!! Anyways, I rode a jeep since the road to LRT2 was flooded. Then when I got home, I took a bath and slept. Just had dinner Mr. T! And aw... how do I say this... ohh... never mind. The story doesn't concern me naman Mr. T! Ayt? Update you soon okay? I love ya, I enjoy ya, I appreciate ya. WIRTECH midterm naman on Wednesday Mr. T! I need to study... mwah!

While walking on PIRATE HAVEN STREET

Jacob : Huh? Anong gagawin natin dun?
Luis  : Malalaki yung mga ano dun...
Jacob : Hala anong malalaki dun?
Luis  : Mga Dutch windmills.

Just a while ago, while I was surfing the net, I stumbled upon a site called LifeLock and it caught my attention. I was surfing the internet and searching for identity protection services. And viola! Life Lock came on top of the search list.

As I was reading LifeLock review on the net about this service, I found out that the president of Life Lock, Todd Davis, posted his Social Security Number right there on the home page for everyone or anybody who would want to steal his identity and assume his identity. That sounds stupid huh? But having done that, it can be seen that he’s confident about the protection that Life Lock service can bring. And its ability to protect both businesses and consumers identity thieves. The president sure is confident with the service lest he wasn’t that one hundred percent sure of his company’s service. That's the value of life lock.

Life Lock truly reads a criminal mind and they try to understand it. They have taken into account every means by which thieves can still somebody else’s identity. And yes, LifeLock will guarantee your identity up to $1,000,000. LifeLock is America's #1 Identity theft prevention program. To receive the best discount available use lifelock promotion code RD32.

Hello Mr. T!

Last time kong nakausap si Karol eh nung February pa ata. Hahaha! Nakakatawa.

So yun, KRV arrived from work. Biglang naging seryoso yung usapan Mr. T! So yun, then umorder na kami ng pagkain. Ako muna nagbayad ng lahat since ako yung may buong pera. Magaling magcompute! He's not M.E. for nothing! Hahaha... so yun, since si Karol tagaUP, si KRV tagaAteneo, at ako tagaLasalle, asaran habambuhay. Siyempre talo si Karol kanina. Hahaha... pero masaya masaya. Habang kumakain kami nun ng Gelato Mr. T!

Ayun, after eating, picture picture tapos naglakad kami from Morato til MRT Kamuning. It was a happy night Mr. T! Ang dami naming binalikan at napagisipan at napagnilay-nilayan Mr. T! Masaya masaya... parang HS lang ulit kami kanina. Sayang nga lang Wilmer wasn't able to make it. Sige Mr. T! Update you soon!

Presenting... the groupmates!!! That's David (the one writing on the yellow pad), Mighty, and Sheila...

Anyways, yun lang. Gumawa kami ng ERD kanina Mr. T! Sa July 15 na pasahan ng thesis! Good luck and God bless na lang sa min. Nakakalito yung WIRTECH midterm exam kanina. Then had lunch with Barry sa Red Ribbon. Yun lang pagkauwi tulog. Pagkagising umuulan.

Jacob  : Barry what if 40 na tayong 4 tapos wala pa tayong asawa or kahit partner man lang sa buhay?
Jacob  : Tapos pangalan nila Belle, Aurora, Cinderella and Jasmine
Barry  : Pwede!
Jacob  : Pwede rin pag maitim Pocahontas. Or pagChinese, Mulan!
Barry  : Pag mataba?
Jacob  : Hmmm... Dumbo!!! Hahaha... at Ariel pagSirena!
Barry  : Eh ano tawag sa tin? Mommy or Daddy?
Jacob  : Hmmm... Fairy Godmothers!!!
Barry  : Hahahaha... aliw!!!
Jacob  : Bwahahaha...

Extended ang deadline for thesis submission!!! Pati kabilang thesis room dinamay! Hahaha... anyways... eto ang proof...

Ayun saya noh? At bawal kumain sa thesis room ha! As in madidiscipline office kami kung nahuli kami!  Anyways, narealize ko, different people look at you differently Mr. T! Kaya minsan tama rin yung beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Jacob  : Hala baka mahuli tayo ng DO dito!
David  : Pag nahuli tayo pangalan niya na Hamburglar!
Jacob  : Wow corny! Hahaha...

Gusto ko manood ng Mama Mia! Now na!!!

Received a call from Barry while in the thesis room:

Barry : Fine...

That's how you spell D-I-V-A...

Sa parking:

Barry : Bawal ako gabihin ha!
Jacob : Ano ba! Corny! Study hard, party harder!

Muntik madaplisan ng kotse na dumadaan...

Jacob : Oh fuck...
Barry : And yeah... fuck hardest!
Jacob : Shet ka! Hahaha...

Dapat manonood kaming Mama Mia! nina Barry and Rhitz. Pero gagabihin kami if ever panoorin namin yung movie from the start kanina sa GB3 and si Barry maaga pasok bukas. So, we just ate in Sakura sa G4. We talked, laughed, reminisced and of course, ate. Dati araw, araw tapos naging twice a week na lang, tapos naging once a week. May isang time pa isang beses lang kami nagkita sa isang buwan. Aw, sad sad... baka pagnagwork na kami lumalala! Hindi pwede toh! Wah...

Then tumawag si Ate and sabi na nasa GB5 daw sila Mr. T! Nakutuban ata na nasa Makati ako kanina! Kasama niya sina Mama and Erwin. Ayun, so no choice, parang sinundo ako sa Makati kanina! Wahhh... then ayun, nagdrive-through kami sa Krispy Kreme nina Ate sa GH. Tapos tumambay muna dito sa bahay sina Ate and Erwin. Inubos namin yung Krispy Kreme. Malamang!

Another way to spell D-I-V-A (according to Rhitz)

Hahaha...

Excerpt from our YM transcript:

Subtle Bliss: No time to cry --- I'm making the most of life...
Subtle Bliss: :)

Since mas convenient yung time sa SM North dun kami nanood. Kala ko nawala pa cellphone ni Aldrich! Aw! Nauna ko this time kay Aldrich Mr. T! Nung first time ata kami nagkita 2 hours akong late hahaha! See, I'm learning not to be late anymore. Hahaha! It was raining ulit Mr. T! So yun, super nice nung movie and yung mga ABBA songs. And yes... Aldrich is a DIVA too!!! Hahaha...

As I was reading reviews for Universal Boxing Manager, one of the many pc games created by Winterwolves, I came upon Angadsodhi's site. And this is what she had to say about Winterwolves.com's Universal Boxing Manager game.

"Those addicted to playing manager in FIFA titles must know the thrills and frills of playing manager. But why play manager when you could yourself step onto the football field! Logic tells me that I would love to play manager in a sport I wouldn’t dare play myself. A sport that gets you all sweaty, bruised and banged up. A sport like boxing!!

http://www.winterwolves.com’s Universal Boxing Manager lets you play manager to a bunch of professional boxers. Hire more boxers, train them, setup and schedule matches. Manage infrastructure, medical staff, sponsors etc. If need be, even fire underperforming boxers! Feels powerful right? But with great power, comes great res…. (Yeah! Yeah! We all know that)

When you begin your new profile, you are given 150 points and two boxers to begin with. Improve training facilities, hire medics with the available points. The manager has to set up matches and schedule them in such a way that he gives his players enough rest.
Manager screen of UBM

The manager himself has attributes various attributes, charisma being the most of them. With enough charisma, he can boost the morale of his boxers. But that’s before the match. The real deal comes only when the fight begins.

During the fight, you get to instruct your boxer in between two rounds (very much like the pep talk boxers have with their managers in between rounds). You have 3 aspects to control:
Boxer Strategy: You can choose between ‘Strike Body’, ‘Strike High’ and ‘Mixed’.
Boxer Fighting Style: Choose between ‘Offensive’, ‘Defensive’ and ‘Movement’
Choose the right combination according to the fitness of your boxer and he will come out victorious. Making a bad decision could have your boxer Knocked Out!! Further depending on your points tally, you can choose to ‘incite’ your boxer, ‘heal’ your boxer or do nothing at all!

AS your wins matches, he climbs up the rankings. Higher ranked players earn more for each win/loss. In the process even your own attributes increase.

Overall, it’s a fun game to play. The 20min free trial is just a 4MB download and can be found at http://www.winterwolves.com. No harm in trying it out guys. Even the full version is a mere 24.95$ Check it out!!!
UMA screen     UMA screen

http://www.winterwolves.com has many more Mac Games. Check them out too."

I don't like playing games and other "games" pero pag RPG and The Sims 2 na binigay mo sa kin, for sure, maglalaro ako! Ayun, I spent the whole day playing this game! Hahaha...

I was browsing my old documents and I found this. I forgot where I got this article Mr. T! Anyways, I think this article is very informative and I just wanna share it:

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9 When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gas tro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water - best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence,Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells. (Read More)

MONDAY, July 14 (HealthDay News) -- Cutting just 300 to 500 calories a day from your diet could be the key to slowing the signs of aging and living longer, according to a new study.

Studies have long shown that reducing calorie intake slows the aging process in rats and mice. A popular theory is that fewer daily calories decreases production of the thyroid hormone triiodothyronine (T3), which then slows metabolism and tissue aging.

A new study, by Saint Louis University researchers, found this hormone decrease occurs when humans regularly skip rich desserts or substitute a turkey sandwich for a Big Mac and fries every day.

"Our research provides evidence that calorie restriction does work in humans like it has been shown to work in animals," study lead author Edward Weiss, associate professor of nutrition and dietetics at Saint Louis University's Doisy College of Health Sciences, said in a prepared statement. "The next step is to determine if this in fact slows age-related tissue deterioration. The only way to be certain, though, is to do a long-term study."

The findings, published in the June 2008 issue of Rejuvenation Research, are based on a study of healthy but sedentary, non-smoking, 50- to 60-year-old men and post-menopausal women. For a year, the volunteers participated in either: a calorie-restriction group that cut their daily calorie intake by 300 to 500 calories per day; a group that stayed on their regular diet and exercised regularly; or a group that maintained its normal routine.

While those in the calorie-restriction and exercise groups both lost body fat mass, only those in the calorie restriction group also had lower levels of the thyroid hormone.

Although a long-term study is still needed to determine if reducing T3 levels through calorie restriction does indeed slow the aging process, Weiss said cutting back on calories is a good idea.

"There is plenty of evidence the calorie restriction can reduce your risks for many common diseases including cancer, diabetes and heart disease," Weiss said. "And you may live to be substantially older."

Weiss warned that while cutting calories, people need to maintain a healthy diet by eating nutrient-rich foods. He noted that long-term slowing of the metabolism could also make people more prone to weight gain over time.

The key to maintaining a healthy weight, Weiss said, is keeping a consistent diet and exercising regularly.

We listen to each other Mr. T! Hahaha… those days! Those happy Downelink days! Those kababawan days Mr. T! Hahaha…  er, Jeffrey, I can’t find your Downe profile na! Dinelete mo na ba? I’m planning to delete mine na for good. O those happy shallow days! Hahahaha! Wah sobrang bitin ng YM natin kanina Jeffrey! Hindi tayo nakapag-usap ng mga kalandian stuff! Sobrang parang puros future pinagusapan namin. We never talked about those stuff before. Basta, nakakapangiba dahil alam mo yun, we used to be so carefree and free-spirited. At at, ayon kay Barry, si Jeffrey daw dadating a day before his birthday! So? Celebration to the max ito Mr. T! The Little Things

Breakfast in bed? An incognito text message? Nobody knows better than you that it's the little things that matter. Down to earth and reserved, romance works best for you when it's not dressed up like a big stereotype. We're pretty sure you're one of the last people on earth to propose in skywriting, right? After all, you probably think that things are best done with a little discretion and common sense, in love and out.

You probably think JLo explained it best when she sang, "My love don't cost a thing." So true! It's the little things in life that show just how important you are to the ones who love you.

Hello Mr. T! Bumalik na ata ang dating sigla ko. Ayun, I'm invigorated. Hmmm... ayun, first things first, nakuha ko na yun sponsored tickets for Cinderella sa Monday. 4 na tickets so kami nina Barry, Rhitz and Wiggy ang pupunta. It's for the better.

So yun, around 7pm nagkita-kita sa may Powerbooks. --- so yun, nauna nga siya.

Pakilala ko muna si Wiggy. Bagong character siya sa blog ko. So yun, si Wiggy eh HS friend namin. Atenista. Graduate na. Baka sa GMA or sa MTV magtatrabaho. Katable rin namin sa canteen nung HS. Mas close kay Rhitz. Pero may issue with Jeff and Barry.

Ayun, tapos umakyat muna kami. Si Barry and Rhitz naghahanap ng parking that time. Tapos yun as usual, Spartans were all over GB3! Hahaha! So yun, halos sabay dumating yung dalawa. Ayun, dapat magreRedbox kami kaso OA pala yung presyo pag ganun yung oras! 499! Wah! So sabi namin sige try namin. Masarap yung food. Mukhang shushal yung lugar sa abot kayang halaga! Hahaha... may libreng Cream Puffs pa kami pagtapos kumain! Hahaha... tapos yun, hmmm... kwentuhan, tawanan, at kulitan. Nosebleed pa rin si Wiggy. Napapaenglish tuloy kami! Amp! Nosebleed! Mukhang shushal yung kapatid niya sabi nina Rhitz! Hahaha!

Ayun, hmmm... then naisipan namin magSerendra. But since si Luis may inumang pupuntahan, kaming 3 na lang daw muna magSerendra. So yun, binaba sa GB3 si Luis and Rhitz at susunod na lang si Rhitz sa Serendra dahil yung kotse niya nakapark sa GB3. Anyways, yun, ay ay ay, may bago akong paboritong chocolate! Wah! Nakakalat! Eto yung name: Hershey's Kisses filled with Cherry Cordial Cream! Sarap talaga! As usual ako nakaubos. Naglakad lakad, nagpahangin at kuwentuhan! Hahaha! Tapos tumawag si Rhitz nung nasa Hobbes and Landes kami. Uber traffic daw sa Ayala Avenue. Hindi kami dumaan ni Barry dun. Sa may Buendia kasi kami dumaan papuntang Serendra. So ayun, since late na rin, sabi ni Barry kay Rhitz uwi na lang kami at baka umagahin pa si Rhitz kung tutuloy siyang Serendra. Then yun, onting lakad lakad and kuwentuhan pa. Masaya masaya ngayon. Hehehe... update you soon Mr. T! :-)

P.S. First time ata kaming nagpic na nakaglasses kaming 3! Jeffrey, mabait na talaga si Wiggy! Makakasundo mo na siya! And hindi mo man siya makasundo, andito naman ako! Hahaha!

A 2005 post:

Some think of love as a past time.

Kumbaga nga “Right Time”.

Meron ngang quotation na nagsasabing "I don't care how many lips you've kissed. I dont care how many women you've embraced. I don't care how many ladies hear you say you love them. All I care is the future. Not to be your first but to be your last"

Masarap magmahal sa taong mahal ka din. Yung feeling niyo soulmates kayo. Kusang dumadating ---- sa “Right Time”, kung may "Right Time" ba talaga...

Typical Sunday Mr. T! but this day was Page's 13th birthday. Sobrang bilis ng panahon. Naalala ko nung pinanganak siya ni Ate and 9 years old pa lang ako nun. Hmmm... ayun, t'was raining hard. We were on Roxas Boulevard nung sobrang lumakas yung ulan. Pero nagpamember kami para raw may 50% off for 10 people. Wahh! Hmmm... yun, sobrang busok as usual.

Sobrang antok! Ano kayang itsura ko? So yun... Happy 13th Birthday Page!!! :-D

Hell0 Mr. T! Hahahha! While reading the new Tabulas Wiki, I stumbled upon this page: Tabulas APIs. Yep yep, with that page, I found out that Tabulas users can actually update their blogs without even logging in or visiting Tabulas. It's simply updating Tabulas without an internet browser. So how does this work? All you need is a client software that can read Metaweblog API's. But what is Metaweblog API?  The Metaweblog API is a programming interface that allows external programs to get and set text and attributes of weblog posts. It's result is the popular XML-RPC communication protocol. Never mind that, I didn't understand what I just said. Anyways, here are screen caps of updating Tabulas with Windows Live Messenger and Scribe Fire.

Windows Live Writer:

livewriter

Scribe Fire:

scribe fire

On the page I stated a while ago, there are several steps and clients in where you could set up Tabulas' Metablog API. Also in that page, you can find Tabulas' API endpoint. By the way, Scribe Fire is a Mozilla Firefox Plug-In and Windows Live Writer is a part of the Windows Live Application Family. Neat huh? By the way, I'm typing this entry with Windows Live Writer. I'm testing if this really is gonna work.

Hello Mr. T! Just got home! Barry, Rhitz and I went to see the first showing of Cinderella in CCP a while ago. It was a musical night. Anyways, I didn't come to class today. My mom told me there were no classes but unfortunately there was. I think she misheard the the radio announcer. But even if I wasn't able to attend my classes today, I was happy cause Jeffrey was online. Yep, we chatted the whole morning til after lunch. It was a breathe of fresh air being able to talk to Jeffrey that long after a very long time. So we chatted, we laughed, we joked and we teased each other. Just like the old times. I miss Jeffrey so much Mr. T! I just really wish that August 7 will materialize. Then went to the bank twice. I was fixing some stuff so I could get me some money for myself.

This is one topic Jeffrey and I talked about:

Jeffrey (7/28/2008 2:31:53 PM): tignan mo ung comment: http://#####.multiply.com/photos/album/13/Birthday_062808#12
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:32:24 PM): ang bakla lang!
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:32:25 PM):  hahahaha!
Jeffrey (7/28/2008 2:32:40 PM): yess...
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:32:55 PM): ito ba yung classmate mong
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:32:56 PM): may jowa na nanligaw sa yo dati?
Jeffrey (7/28/2008 2:33:07 PM): parang split na sila e
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:33:18 PM): kita ko na jowa nito sa dlsu
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:33:19 PM): ayan
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:33:21 PM): chance mo na
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:33:22 PM): hahaha
Jeffrey (7/28/2008 2:33:28 PM): gaga!
Jeffrey (7/28/2008 2:33:32 PM): hindi ko siya type
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:33:40 PM): ARTE mo
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:33:42 PM): para kang Barry
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:33:43 PM): hahahaha
Jeffrey (7/28/2008 2:33:49 PM): ikaw kaya!!!
Jeffrey (7/28/2008 2:33:55 PM): ang dami dami nagliligaw sayo
Jeffrey (7/28/2008 2:33:58 PM): mas maarte ka
Subtle Bliss (7/28/2008 2:34:06 PM): haller. baket napunta sa kin ang usapan?

Hahaha! See? That's how we love each other, we fight! Hahaha! After banking, text messages coming from Rhitz and Barry and Matthew flooded my cellphone. The Cinderella ticket was for 4. Luis backed out since he'll be attending a party again at The Fort. He just can't since the play was to start around 8pm. So I had to look for another person. Matthew was in school. He said he could go but an hour before the play he backed out. He told me he just couldn't make it cause of his thesis. So there, I tried texting Mike but he was asleep. So I didn't wait anymore since it was already 6pm and there was free dinner before the show starts. Ate and Erwin went with me to CCP. There I met up with Barry. Yep! Free dinner Mr. T! It was bountiful --- finger foods though. People inside the lobby were well-dressed. Some wearing neck-ties and dresses. I was wearing my usual T-shirt and pants get-up. Barry blended with the crowd Mr. T! Wearing a red long-sleeves and a slack pants to match, he was with the crowd. Like what I told him --- SHUSHAL!  There, we ate, we talked we laughed then came Rhitz. Good thing for Rhitz his shirt was collared so he wasn't that off. Huhuhu --- poor me. I should have dressed more formal. Anyways, ate and Erwin had to leave cause they have lots of things to do. So the 3 of us were left with those socialite people. I really can't move when I'm in a crowd like that Mr. T! I'm not regal or composed or whatever, it's just not me. Like what Barry always tells me --- MAHIRAP. Hahahaha!

07282008896

Anyways, there, the pic above is the invitation and the err, vase?!?! on the table in the lobby. The program started on time. Not earlier or later. American time is it since it was an American production I think. The auditorium was filled with people. Not a single seat was vacant. We sat on the Orchestra Mr. T! Yep, SHUSHAL! Everyone was well poised, composed and quiet. Me? I kept talking to Barry and Rhitz. I kept laughing and moving and changing my sitting position. Barry and Rhitz were seated quietly. Hahaha! Spot the SHUSHAL and MAHIRAP! Hahahaah! There, I wanted to piss for the whole duration of Act One. Good thing there was a 20 minute break before Act Two started. As much as I wanted to stand up and proceed to the restroom while the play was going on, I just can't. I'll be the center of attention if I did so. And yeah, I told Barry that the songs they sang on the play were familiar. It was because it was the same music and adaptation used in the Cinderella movie starring Brandy and Whitney Houston! It was Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella.

07282008897

The costumes were colorful and details were very intricate. Stage was outstanding and the way they changed backdrops were unnoticeable. The singers were brilliant and Lea Salonga, as always, was flawless. Yep, this is not the first time I've watched Lea Salonga live. If my memory serves me right, I watched her Christmas Concert back in 2005 with Karol and Tara and we had patron seats in Araneta. I can't say much about Lea's voice. It always leaves me speechless because of awe. After and during the break, we took pictures of ourselves for Jeffrey to see! We saved the unused ticket for you Jeffrey! We'll give it to you when you get back! Hahahaha... here's our camwhoring moments (I'll upload the pictures on Multiply):

07282008900

After the show we decide to hang out first. Since Barry parked his car in Harbor Square, we decided to scope the area. Well not actually scope but to hang out in that place. It's our first time in Harbor Square. We decided to stay in Starbucks to talk and laugh and plan and drink and eat for an hour. Rhitz and I kept laughing a while ago. I wonder why Barry wasn't laughing with us. I saw Kreme (a former blockmate) inside the coffee shop. We chatted for a while then went back to our table. The the rain poured. Tough luck for us since we sat outside. There was a covered area thankfully, so we stayed there. Er, gays were all over the place Mr. T! Hahaha... I guess gays love hanging out on Mondays! Hahaha!

07282008914

The view of Manila Bay from where we were seated was dreamy. Neon lights lit the sidewalks and well-lit buildings were reflected by the sea. Subtle waves and tiny whirlpools from the sea were also in sight as if mermaids want to appear on the bay! Hahaha! The drizzling stopped. The sea was calm and gentle. The sea breeze was kissing our faces. We were laughing and thinking. We were all happy. But it was time to go. And like what Rhitz said: "Ganito pa kaya tayo pagtanda natin?" --- I hope so. And I hope Jeffrey was there too! :-)  Then we played Mama Mia! soundtrack in the car! Nice! Update you soon Mr. T! Mwah!

"Anybody could be that guy
Night is young and the music’s high
With a bit of rock music, everything is fine
You’re in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance...

P.S. We should've been featured in Motor Mouth a while ago! Hahaha!

Hello Mr. T! Si Bambi, Bles, Tita Mercedes, Mama, Richard, Brian and Ate Bibing. Ayun, cancer of the colon yung dahilan baket wala na siya. May boxingan pa! Grabeng bahay! Wahhh! Pwede kayong maghabulan at magtaguan sa loob. Ayun, nagpaiwan sina Brian and Bambi sa Cavite. Update you soon! :-)

Sa Van:

Mama : Kasi Hakob magdrive ka na ulit
Jacob : Pwede ba! Uutus utusan niyo lang ako! Kayo na lang kaya magdrive!
Mama  : Ano gusto mo?
Jacob : Ako ipagdrive! Hahahaha...

Jacob : Hahahaha...wala kong sinasabi…

Hahahaha… ganda ng title noh? Anyways, ayun, kagigising ko lang na naman! Wahhh! Nakatulog kasi ako pagkauwi Mr. T! eh. Anyways eto ang kwento of the day. Hmmm… JAPALA1 as usual masaya. Nakakatamad talaga. Defense kanina nina Jing and Joa and groupmates.

As in sobrang tamis niya. Wahhh… mamatay ako sa tamis. Death by Chocolate ba yung name nun ulit? Ayun, tapos fishbowl iced tea.

07302008986

Biglang umulan. Buti may payong ako. Hahaha! So yun, nagLRT kami and LRT2 pabalik. Hahahaha… so yun. Hehehe… ayun. I’m learning to be happy again Mr. T! and I feel that this is a good start. Thanks Bodyguard. ;-)

07302008998

This is not the first time na lumabas kami ni Bodyguard. I’ll find time to write about it pagtapos ng defense. Update you soon Mr. T! Night!

As a student, sometimes it’s really hard to write reaction papers, term papers, book reports and other things that need a lot time to think about just to ink them down. What’s harder is when one is asked to write a paper that should at least be 5 or more pages. You even have to search and research here and there. But the more you search and research the more difficult it is for you to right a paper that stays on topic. Tough right?

On the other hand, do you have old essays or school papers stuck in your hard drive or envelopes or in filing cabinets? Are you finding ways on how to get rid of them? Do they just gather dust and viruses in your computers and cabinets? Chaotic, yes they are.

But while surfing the net, I came upon http://www.essays.org.  It’s a neat site that could help students in writing essays, term papers, book reports etc. This site does not only help students write their papers. If you will visit their site, there states that student, whether you are a current student or a former student, can earn easy money. But how? They buy written essays, term papers, book reports or other material that a student doesn’t use anymore. According to them, they are new. Their site is new. They accept review or their advantages. Advantages over their competitors. With them, essays can be easily obtained immediately without registration. Essays.org is the first site that accepts essays in any language. And I repeat ANY language. Upon registration, there is a 50% discount for the first 1000 registered users and +500 point for free. Their site offers possibility to easy earn up to 350 EUR by just submitting old and used essays. Their site also includes guides in writing brilliant and outstanding essays for students.

It’s already August Mr. T! 8th month of the year. 8 very roller-coaster-y months. Hmmm… went out with him again Mr. T! But during half of the day I was with my thesis mates in the thesis room. The weather was devastating a while ago. Boats were needed for students to cross Taft. Of all those times I wore slippers, I wonder why I didn’t wear them a while ago. My socks and shoes got soaked from the flood. Good thing the thesis room had spare slippers. I hanged my wet cardigan, shoes, and socks in an empty thesis room cubicle. To those people who are using that cubicle, forgive me. Then Sheila installed our finished thesis on our laptops. I just so hope we pass this Saturday. Then someone from Fitness First kept calling me. I didn’t want a free pass! Please! Went to have merienda in Eric’s. I really feel that the employees in Eric’s love me because everytime I eat there these days, they keep giving me freebies and extras.Hahaha…

073120081011

Then he went to fetch me in school again. The Bodyguard he is. I told him to not fetch me anymore since the weather was really terrible. But he insisted. He waited for me in Red Ribbon again, but this time, outside Red Ribbon. He wanted us to have dinner again. I said yes. The line in LRT1 was long. Long as in super long. I told him that we walk til Quirino station so we could get on the train easily. We took the street infront of Providence. It was flooded. So we walked to an eerie small street. Thank God we managed to get out of that street alive. The street we ended up was familiar. There were jeepneys going to Paco. We tried walking and tried to see if we’d end up in Quirino. But unfortunately, the streets beyond were also flooded. He wanted to ride the jeep. I didn’t. I wanted to ride a cab. After almost an hour of waiting for a cab, thank heavens a cab arrived. That was when we started walking and moved away from the place we were waiting for nothing to arrive. Every street was flooded. The taxi driver wanted to take the UN route. I suggested we take the Quirino route. But he insisted traffic was hell there. So there, we took UN. Goodness, it was traffic. Traffic as hell! Really! I fell asleep inside the cab. I don’t know if he fell asleep too. But before I fell asleep, Barry called me up and told me that his car was already floating in Makati. He didn’t come to class thanks to the flood. His parents sent a truck to pick him up in that place. Shushal! There, Barry was able to talk to him. I’ m really not fond of talking on the phone. So I pretended I had a choppy signal. Then I fell asleep.

 073120081023

Woke up when we were already in Mandaluyong. He had to go work by 8pm. He called his office and called for a half day. I told him to go to work instead though late. He insisted to have dinner. This time in Greenhills since we were already near the place. In Greenhills we were thinking of a place to eat. I wanted to have Chowking Congee. But Chowking was already closing. He asked me to try something I haven’t tried before. We passed by Tender Bobs in Promenade. We went inside. We ordered. We talked. We laughed. We ate steak.  We took pictures. We paid and cried. Hahaha… cried because of the bill. Barry kept calling me while we were eating. He kept on ranting about his car and that the truck still hasn’t arrived. Goodness. He’d do anything to spoil a date! But that’s Barry. Get a life Barry! So there, I already wanted to go home Mr. T! The rain had stopped. Again, he insisted to accompany me in the jeepney I was to ride on. He wasn’t so worried about going to work since his shift would start by 1am. So, I didn’t refuse. T’was safer to ride the jeep with someone who’s accompanying you and bigger than you that time. So there, got home safe. He texted he’s in the office too. Thanks for holding the umbrella again and carrying my heavy bag. And for paying for the bills too! And yeah about the absent and the late deal, I mean it ;-P

It was a night Mr. T! :-)

8 months. It has been 8 months…

While walking in Greenhills:

Jacob             : Uy, may Burgoo pala sa Promenade
Bodyguard     : Yikeee, may naaalala siya...
Jacob             : *said nothing. continued walking*
Bodyguard     : O sorry naman...
