4 years old that is. With almost 900 entries and more and more images added each day, you’re 4 years old Mister Tabulas, Mr. Tabulas, Mistah Tabulas, Mistah T!, Mister T! and finally Mr. T! Remember those names I used to call you? Good thing I settled with Mr. T! It sounds better right? Hmmm… anyhows, in celebration of my four years of writing and blabbing and wasting internet ink here on Tabulas, let’s take a look back on my past and present Tabulas layouts starting 2004.

Subtle Bliss 2004
This was my first attempt to create my own theme. It was successful at that time since I was not yet familiar with Tabulas. By the way, I was so engrossed with JM’s personalized Tabulas layout that time too so I tried creating my own layout. This layout was up from August 2004 til early 2005.

Subtle Bliss 2005
My second attempt to recreate my Tabulas layout. I wanted it yellow that time and with lots of colors. Cartoonish, this layout was, because I wanted it to be. But up til now, this is my most favorite Tabulas layout. There were icons for every link. This layout was up from early 2005 til early 2006. First time I put my blog’s link on Multiply and Friendster because I was so proud of my layout. Lots of memories here. Lots of them.

Subtle Bliss 2006
This was the hardest layout to create if I may say. From the header to the sidebar’s background --- whew! It was difficult combining different images from different web sites so as to make them original and my own. I wanted it blue this time. Blue was all over the place. From the font color til the buttons. Everything was blue. This was the first time I was complimented because of my layout. This site was up from early 2006 til summer 2007. The title “No time to cry --- I’m making the most of life” was first read on this layout.

Subtle Bliss 2007
I really didn’t want to change the blue layout. But as I was brooding over pictures from CD’s, I I found a picture of myself on top of a hotel with and overlooking view of Manila at night. I attempted to create a layout out of that picture. Voila! It was neat. I based the color from my old Mariah Carey website and from my shirt color on the pic. Violet, white and black. Nothing much to see here only the tagboard. But I liked it that’s why I put it up. This layout was up from summer 2007 til early 2008.

Subtle Bliss 2008
My Tabulas needed a new look. I read about the most common colors used in a website this time --- white, gray, black and blue. But to my vain nature, I wanted my face to be streamed all over my banner. I actually got the “picture-pinned-on-a-cork-board” design from a Powerpoint presentation from one of my classmates. With information about me all over the sidebars, this layout needs to stay a little longer than the previous ones. Not unless a new idea enters my imagination.

Hope we’ll stay this way forever Mr. T! But you know that we won’t right? You know that I’ll stop writing on you once I graduate from college. But who knows, I might change my mind and still keep you with me? We don’t know Mr. T! But right now, thank you for being my non-living thing best friend. You know my stories more than any other people who know me or think they know me. Oh well, time runs so fast Mr. T! Need to get going, we’ll be eating somewhere posh (so my mom said), hours from now. It’s a post celebration of my younger brother’s birthday. I had to turn down Rhitz’ invitation to have dinner with them somewhere in Makati. Update you soon Mr. T! And Happy 4 Year Anniversary!! I love ya, I enjoy ya, I appreciate ya! Mwah!

and btw, as much as i want to lend you that layout, i can't find .png file i used for that layout. w/c means i can't edit it. i still have the html file though. but it's pretty useless since it's all me. :D
