Since there has been a lot of drama with regards to Mariah's performance the other day on MJ's tribute, I promise that I won't read negative articles about the performance. C'mon, we all have bad days and knowing (well being a fan for more than 13 years now) Mariah, she's not a morning person. She can't sing that well on mornings plus the fact that she choked up being infront of MJ's casket. As a fan, I have always forgiven her for giving shit performances even after Butterfly-era. I understand and have accepted that her voice is not in its heyday anymore. At least for me, she gave what she can give on the performance. And hello people, the event was not about Mariah's voice! It was a tribute to the King of Pop. I am really sick of all the people bashing on Mariah's performance. I am sad about her voice but then again, I forgive her. I just hope she pulls everything back on her next live performances.The bashing needs to stop.

Anyways, she just gave a public apology on the Today Show about her voice the other night. Even apologizing on her Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/MariahCarey) account. What's done is done Mariah. We fans forgive you. You don't need to apologize because you'll have a hard time apologizing on your next f*d up performances. And yeah, remember that you didn't apologize for all the shit performances you gave us this decade. Or even for lipsyncing. As a fan, I am fine with what you can give us "live" these days. Whatever happened to your vocal chords I don't know. Maybe that's the reason why Tommy locked you up in "Sing-Sing". You somehow needed that. But wait, you're a butterfly, you need to be free and you need to fly but please take care of your voice. Yes, I am anticipating more f*d performances from you. And this is the last time I'm gonna be talking about that performance. I still love me some Mariah Carey. You're still my #1 diva of all time. I still love you no matter what. I am not a delusional fan. I am not an "Obsessed" lamb. I am a fan. A normal person who just so happened to love and hate Mariah at the same time. God bless you and your voice. I love you and I always will.

P.S. Please take care of your instrument. And yes, I am not insane I'm just disappointed. :-(
